Five Tigers players shared in England's 26-18 Six Nations victory over France at Twickenham on Saturday.
Scrum-half Harry Ellis, hooker George Chuter, prop Julian White and Tigers captain Martin Corry all played the full 80 minutes, while Louis Deacon came off the bench in the second half to earn his seventh senior cap.
"France are a very creative team and they looked dangerous at times, but our work-rate and courage were there for all to see," said Ellis after making a 17th appearance for his country. "This win will be great for team morale and hopefully we can take this confidence into the Wales game this weekend."
Chuter and White teamed up with Wasps loosehead prop Tim Payne in a new-look front row, while Corry moved from No.8 to second row where he was joined by Deacon in the closing stages of the game.
Tigers lock James Hamilton collected his sixth senior cap for Scotland after an appearance as a 78th-minute replacement in the Murrayfield defeat by Ireland.
Club colleague Geordan Murphy joined the Ireland camp in preparation for that game after a late injury scare involving Leinster winger Denis Hickie, but he was then released from international duty in time to fly back to England and appear from the bench in Sunday's Guinness Premiership match at Gloucester.
Tigers also had four players on England U-20 duty on Friday evening, with wing Ollie Dodge and prop Dan Cole named in the starting XV to face France U-21s at Northampton. Centre Tom Youngs also had a run-out from the bench in the second half, while flanker Alex Shaw was among the unused replacements in a 32-13 defeat.
The U20s' final game of the Championship is against Wales at Newport on Friday evening.
