Leicester Tigers are delighted to unveil the new-look club website with a fresh design, enhanced user navigation and an all-new live Matchday Centre.

Built in partnership with design and development agency Clock, LeicesterTigers.com aims to bring fans even closer to the club with a more immersive and easier-to-use platform.

The site is branded in Tigers’ world-famous red, white and green colours and is fully responsive, meaning it is compatible across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.

Fans will be able to tune into the Live Matchday Centre for the pre-season fixtures against Benetton Treviso and Ospreys. The Live Matchday Centre will feature live text commentary, real-time in-game stats and live score updates as well as pre and post-match insight.

New features will be be added over the coming weeks up until the start of the season, and will include a Rugby Camp finder, a new and enhanced fixture list, improved squad pages, updated heritage pages, integrated Opta stats and improved match reports (click here to see an example).

And Leicester Tigers.com will continue to feature all the latest news from Welford Road and Oval Park, interviews with players and coaches, plus exclusive content through LTTV.

“The launch of our new website is an exciting step for the club and something we hope the fans will be immensely proud of."

Chris Rose, Tigers head of brand

Chris Rose, Tigers head of brand, said: “The launch of our new website is an exciting step for the club and something we hope the fans will be immensely proud of.

“Thanks to our success on and off the pitch, we attract support from all around the world so making sure our channels cater for all our fans has been a huge driver on this project.

“With the introduction of the new website and app, we can now interact with fans even more. From sharing content, to sharing real-time analysis, we can’t wait to hear the feedback from fans and we’re sure they will be impressed.”

Beth Gavin, account manager at Clock, who worked on the project, said: "The vision for Leicester Tigers was to create a new home which reflected their status as being a leading club.

“The site was re-architected from the ground up, allowing for more content to be easily discoverable, such as the wealth of news, to easily finding tickets and hospitality options for Tigers days out.

“It’s a site designed for the fans first, and we hope the introduction of features like the Live Matchday Centre and the new app will only add to the club’s success.”

Supporters can offer their feedback on the new website by clicking here.

Plans for the new Tigers app are due to be unveiled in mid-July 2017. The app will sync with the Live Matchday Centre, news content and social media channels as well as allowing fans to upload and share their own photos.

Keep an eye out over the coming weeks for more details.
