Flanker Everard, 20, and fly-half Ford, 17, both started for the Leicester first-team in last week’s LV= Cup game at Exeter Chiefs.
Their Tigers team-mate Ryan Bower, 19, who made his first start for Tigers in the LV= Cup game away to Ospreys in November, is named among the replacements by head coach Rob Hunter.
Hunter said: “It will be a tough match in Llanelli for us, they will have the crowd behind them, they'll be physical, they have good runners and we'll be tested.”
