Tigers on international duty this weekend

Leicester Tigers back-rower Luke Hamilton will make his first start for Scotland when they take on USA in Houston on Sunday (kick-off 2am BST).

Hamilton will win his third international cap at openside flanker after appearances from the bench against New Zealand in the autumn and last weekend against Canada.

Leicester-bound David Denton, who was man-of-the-match in Scotland’s 48-10 win against Canada, is named among the back-row replacements.

They are set to face Chris Baumann after the Tigers prop was named on the bench by USA, who are again captained by former Tigers winger Blaine Scully.

Valentino Mapapalangi is also a back-row replacement for Tonga in their Pacific Nations Cup clash with Samoa. Logovi’i Mulipola has been ruled out of the game in Fiji through injury. The game kicks off at 2am on Saturday BST.
