Tigers pack Poppy shirts available for auction

Figure image

Leicester Tigers supporters have helped to raise nearly £2,000 so far in supporting the club’s charity auction offering the opportunity to bid on match-worn shirts.

Proceeds from the shirts worn by the front row and half-back during Tigers’ Remembrance fixture against Pau in the Challenge Cup go towards the Tigers Foundation Monument project.

This recognises and remembers the Tigers players – as well as all those who served within the Royal Leicestershire Regiment – who died serving their country during both World Wars.

The next set of shirts up for auction include locks Tomás Lavanini and Will Spencer, numbers 6 and 7 worn by Sione Kalamafoni and Tommy Reffell and the No8 shirt worn by British Army back-rower Ifereimi Boladau.

Each shirt is signed by the respective player and includes a Poppy on the chest to commemorate the fixture.

The auction for each shirt is now open and will close at 10.00am on December 6.

Use the link below to place your bid and help support the great work of the Leicester Tigers Foundation.
