Tigers stars to visit summer Rugby Camps

Captain Tom Youngs and centre Manu Tuilagi are among the players who will visit Tigers Rugby Camps this summer.

England and British & Irish Lions internationals Youngs and Tuilagi will be passing on their expert tips when they head to Rugby Camps.

Tigers Rugby Camps offer a fun, safe and active way for children to spend their summer holidays and make new friends while working on their game with professional coaches.

Camps are suitable for beginners and more experienced players. Participants will receive top-quality coaching, a Rugby Camp T-shirt, and ball and Tigers drinks bottle, membership to the Junior Tigers Club and a free junior match ticket to an allocated Welford Road fixture.

Places are still available. Book now by clicking the tab below or call 0116 319 8888 (option 2).

Tuilagi will visit one of the first camps of the summer at Stamford School in the week of July 23.

The school will host a tag rugby camp for under-sevens and under-eights (July 23-25) and a contact camp for players aged under-nines to under-15s (July 23-27)

Joe Ford will visit the camp at Shipston on Stour RFC during the same week.

In the following week, club captain Youngs will visit the camp at Lichfield RUFC, while Sione Kalamafoni, the Players’ Player of the Year for 2017/18, will visit Leicester Forest RFC, also in the week of July 30.

Other venues to host Tigers Rugby Camps this season will include Diss, Lincoln, Swaffham, Market Harborough, Lincoln, Leamington and Lutterworth rugby clubs, as well as Ratcliffe College, Trent College, Leicester Grammar School and St Hugh’s School in Lincolnshire.
