The last four clash is a repeat of last season’s final, which Tigers won 29-27 after a thrilling game at Welford Road.
Hipkiss partners Billy Twelvetrees while Amorosino starts at full-back. Scrum-half Sam Harrison, who came on as a second-half replacement in the Aviva Premiership win over Newcastle Falcons on Easter Monday, partners George Ford at half-back.
Hooker Joe Duffey captains the team and is joined in the front row by Pete Bucknall. There is further first-team experience in the pack from the likes of Calum Green and Dan Hemingway.
The fixture kicks off at 6pm. Tickets cost £5 for all ages and is payable on the day at the turnstiles, which open at 5pm.
The winners will face either Sale Jets or Saracens Storm in the final.
