Leicester Tigers players and coaches are helping youngsters stay on task during lock-down with help from main partner Holland & Barrett.
Squad sessions might be out of the question for the foreseeable future, but it's important for not only members of the Leicester squad but rugby players of all ages to keep their skills, strength and fitness up ahead of a return to action!
Thanks to Holland & Barrett, rugby players and coaches of all ages can get an insight into the work going on at home by members of the Tigers squad.
Leicester and England half-backs George Ford and Ben Youngs have shared insights on kicking and scrum-half play in the first editions of Tigers Tips and, in the third, Tigers strength and conditioning coach Pete Burridge has put together drills for people at home to ensure their strength stays up to scratch ahead of a return to action.
