A season ticket holder who won tickets to last night's XL Catlin Six Nations Dinner on the TigersLotto described it as a wonderful event.
Jay Bhundia, who sits in the Holland & Barrett Stand, won four tickets to the annual dinner at Battersea Evolution in the TigersLotto Monthly Draw for February.
Mr Bhundia’s party was joined at their table by four other Tigers supporters, who won their places as part of the club’s Season Ticket Extras, which reward season ticket holders throughout the year.
He said: “The Tigers team were meticulous in ensuring that the whole table were looked after.
“My party certainly enjoyed being part of a wonderful event supporting the inspiring Matt Hampson Foundation.”
The dinner is in support of the Matt Hampson Foundation and is now a traditional feature of the Six Nations period. It was attended by Tigers players including George Ford, Jonny May and Manu Tuilagi, as well as other famous names from rugby.
Tommy Cawston, chief executive of the Matt Hampson Foundation, said: “It was a hugely successful night raising much-needed funds for the Foundation.
“We are very lucky to have the support of the Leicester Tigers players. It was great to see around 30 of the squad at the dinner, and I think they all enjoyed themselves.”
