Supporters attending Sunday’s game at Welford Road will be invited to provide details of their travel arrangements as part of a survey conducted in support of proposed developments at the stadium.
Plans for a 183-room hotel and a car-park development next to the stadium have taken a step forward with the exchange of contracts between the club and developer Marshall Commercial Development Projects Ltd.
Marshall CDP Ltd will be responsible for building work, overseen by Leicester-based construction consultancy Pick Everard.
Proposals for the developments are now subject to Leicester City Council planning approval.
Supporters are asked to co-operate with the survey exercise on their way into Sunday’s game between Leicester Tigers and Saracens (3.00pm kick-off), and to arrive in good time to avoid congestion at the turnstiles.
