The team from Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth I College, featuring Leicester Tigers Academy players, have won their first two games in the AASE League.
After opening the season with victory at Worcester, Wyggeston returned to Oval Park and fought back 21-3 down to win 29-21 against Myerscough College.
Ryan Olowofela scored a hat-trick of tries at Worcester, with No8 Sam Grahamslaw adding the other touchdown and fly-half Jacob Umaga kicking two conversions as Tigers edged to a 24-21 victory.
During the game at Myerscough College, the partner team of Sale Sharks, Wyggeston were down 21-3 early in the second half before fighting back to win with four tries in a 25-minute spell.
Hooker Luis Evitt claimed the first, wing Said Luqman added a second and then fly-half Umaga added two more as well as kicking an early penalty and three conversions.
Wyggeston College and the Beechen Cliff School, who have established a partnership with Bath Rugby, have joined the AASE League this season, with the 14 teams separated into North and South pools.
Each team will play each other once before splitting into top three and bottom four within their respective regions. They then face each other once more in those sub-groups ahead of Finals Day on December 2, where it is proposed that the top three teams in the North will meet their counterparts in the South.
