Sam Harrison and Will Hurrell retain their places in the backline as England Under-20s prepare to face Italy in the second round of the RBS Under 20 Six Nations on Friday evening.
The Leicester Tigers duo keep their places as head coach Mark Mapletoft makes six changes to the team that beat Wales 41-14 at Gloucester last weekend.
Danny Wright (Gloucester Rugby) and Charlie Matthews (Harlequins) form a new second-row pairing after Tigers lock Calum Green made his first appearance at this level in the win over the Welsh.
Green is among six of the national squad recalled for the weekend's Guinness Premiership games, along with Rory Clegg and Sam Smith of Harlequins), Tom Homer and Jamie Gibson of London Irish and the Sale Sharks forward James Gaskell.
Italy lost 39-0 in Ireland in the opening round but were testing opponents for England before being beaten 22-13 in 2008 and 17-0 at Worcester last year.
"We've had a tough time against Italy recently and I'm sure they'll be smarting from their defeat in Ireland," said Mapletoft. "It's challenging for us but we've had a lot of guys involved in our camps so far and they'll be up to speed with what we're trying to do and the way we want to play."
