Leicester Tigers are hosting a unique Remembrance Day stadium tour with special reference to the club’s links with the Armed Forces.

The evening tour on Thursday, November 11 (7.00pm) is being staged as a fundraising event for the Leicester Tigers Foundation and will highlight the historic links between the club and the military, including the Leicestershire Regiment which shares its nickname, and how they helped to shape the club we know today.

Follow in the footsteps of legends with a tour of the changing rooms and pitchside while learning more about the heritage built in the 140 years since the club’s formation.

Places are limited to just 30 on this one-off tour which will last approximately 90 minutes, setting off from main reception of the Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium so book early to avoid disappointment.

Price is £10 per person, with all proceeds going towards supporting the Foundation Monument project in honour of the members of the Armed Forces who played for the Tigers and act as a memorial to the fallen.

Parking available on site in the Crumbie car park.

Book online now or phone the Tigers ticket office on 0116 319 8888 (option 2).
