Supporters with the new Tigers app can vote for this week’s Spire Man of the Match.

Tigers host Sale Sharks on Sunday in the return to Aviva Premiership competition and fans will be able to take part in a poll on the app to vote for the game’s stand-out player.

Spire Leicester Hospital are among the partners of the club and, with their support, we’ve recently introduced the Spire Man of the Match feature on the Tigers App.

After a successful trial at our last home match, the Spire Man of the Match is set to continue for all home games.

Voting opens at half-time and will close one minute before the full-time whistle, with the star man announced as the players are shaking hands at the conclusion of the game. The club is also drawing the name of a season ticket holder to present the man-of-the-match champagne at the end of the game.

Fans simply have to click on the top news story in the app on the day to register their vote.

The only way to make your vote count is to download the Tigers app now from the Apple Store or Google Play.

For supporters who already have the app, please make sure you have the latest update (version 2.1.8) downloaded for full use of the voting function.
