The Leicester Tigers store at Welford Road stadium will re-open for supporters on Thursday, August 27 showcasing the new 2020/2021 home and change kit.
After receiving record pre-orders when launched back in July, fans will now be able to see the ‘new-look’ strip as well as the colourful training wear range.
Doors will open at 10.00am for the first time since the outbreak with a newly refurbished interior mirroring the club’s bold collections for the upcoming season. Usual opening times will then remain 10.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Saturday and closed on Sunday.
Created in partnership with official kit supplier Samurai, the announcement marks a major step forward as the club continues on the road to normal service in light of the global Covid-19 pandemic.
Social distancing rules will be in place along with a number of new measure including;
- Face masks to be worn at all times in the shop
- The changing rooms will not be available for customers
- Contactless payments will be the ONLY payment method available in store
- Increased hygiene and sanitation will be carried out
Personalisation and name/number printing will not be available in store at this moment in time. Products and sizes out of stock online will also be unavailable in store. The next delivery of stock is scheduled for mid-September.
Busy periods may require customers to queue outside with the first day of business coming to a close at 4.00pm.
