The rugby teams from the University of Leicester and De Montfort University lock horns in Varsity Night at Welford Road on Wednesday.
A highlight of the sporting year at the city's universities, Varsity Night is staged on a May evening this year after the original fixtures were postponed due to weather conditions during March.
The women’s fixture is a 6.15pm kick-off, with the men’s match at 8.05pm.
The universities have contested their rugby fixture at the home of the Leicester Tigers since 2002, with the women’s game added two years later.
The University of Leicester have done the double in both men’s and women’s games for the last three years.
Tickets are available now through the respective students unions, or from the Leicester Tigers ticket office. Tickets will also be available on the night, with all supporters accommodated in the Holland & Barrett Stand.
