Leicester Tigers are pulling together information and activities for another Well-Being Week on the club website and social media to try to help supporters living with the impact of the Coronavirus.
The Covid-19 situation has changed how we live, how we work and how we communicate. But it is more important than ever for us all to stay fit, healthy and active, mentally and physically, within the restrictions in place to stop the spread of the virus.
The Tigers’ first Well-Being Week earlier this month shared advice from the club’s community team and a number of club partners on how to make the most of the situation and be ready to come out strongly again when life returns to normal.
Today we kick off a second Well-Being Week with input from the club and its partners. This will include fun activities for supporters of all ages, health features, useful advice, and updates from our community programmes and how the #TigersFamily are adapting, as well as chances to win some prizes too.
