This season, Gallagher will continue to support the local business community as it navigates through a challenging trading and commercial environment. As part of a UK-wide initiative, ‘Tackling Tomorrow. Together’ showcases the stories of six businesses and a charity, and how they have kept their business moving forward during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite having to place much of their team on the government’s furlough scheme, Ensafe ensured its hard-working staff could weather the storm by topping salaries up to 100 per cent. Gallagher provided critical support and advice on risk management and insurance protection to ensure the business could continue to trade with the appropriate levels of insurance cover in place, as well as securing financial rebates from insurers during this difficult time.
Through this initiative, Leicester Tigers trio Tom Youngs, Jasper Wiese and Freddie Steward took part in a mental health awareness workshop, led by Ensafe’s head of training and development.
