Leicester Tigers wing Rhys Williams has been named in the Wales Under-20s team for the opening match of their Six Nations Championship programme, against England on Saturday.Williams, who made his senior debut for Tigers in last season’s LV= Cup, makes his Under-20s debut in the match at Colwyn Bay.
The Wales team includes eight players who have already played at this level, including senior cap Dafydd Howells at full-back.
Coach co-ordinator Allan Lewis said: "Training has been very positive, with international skills coaches Chris Horsman, Jason Strange and Geraint Lewis bringing a fresh approach to the set-up. The boys have responded well.
"I know England's coach Jon Callard very well and I know he too will be looking to play an expansive game so there will hopefully an attractive game of international rugby in Colwyn Bay.”
