World Cup dinner now sold out

The Tigers World Cup dinner at Welford Road scheduled around this Saturday's match between England and Australia is now sold out.This event features a dinner in the company of former England captain Peter Wheeler, Tigers past president Mike Harrison, and current players Mathew Tait and Miles Benjamin with full coverage of the must-win match against the Wallabies.   If you do still want to follow the England-Australia match at Welford Road, we’ll have the full match live on big screens in the Final Whistle.   Kick-off is at 8pm and Final Whistle will be open for refreshments and food. Make it a full day of rugby by joining us for Tigers versus Loughborough University in a pre-season fixture at 4pm. Tickets are available now. This match is also included in Tigers season tickets. You can also join us at our Tigers World Cup party on the plaza at Welford Road from 11.30am on Sunday, October 4 on the way to the match between Argentina and Tonga in the city.   A week later (October 11), we’re throwing open the doors to Welford Road to allow all supporters to take a look at the home of the Tigers as well as planning activities on the plaza when Argentina face Namibia at Leicester City FC.
