The youngsters will contest the second set of this season’s quarter-finals in front of a big Welford Road crowd before Tigers' Guinness Premiership game with Newcastle Falcons on Saturday, December 20.
Holders Nottingham Boots Corsairs will aim to continue their defence of the title against three-time winners Lutterworth.
The other quarter-final will see Wymondham attempt to overcome four-time winners Hinckley.
Scott Clarke, Tigers community manager, said: “The quarter-finals promise to be entertaining and exciting encounters and are a chance for someone to really shine. Some of these players could be stars of the future.
“There will be a real buzz around the clubs this week as they prepare for their quarter-final game at Welford Road.”
The Prima Tiger Cup, which is supported by Loughborough-based Prima Solutions, is now in its 15th season and is open to under-10s teams from across the country.
Almost 50 sides entered this year's competition, which began with local festivals at Stoke RFC in Staffordshire, Kenilworth RFC in Warwickshire, Swaffham RFC in Norfolk, Nottingham Boots Corsairs RFC and at Market Harborough RFC in Leicestershire.
Clarke said: “This year's competition has been great. The festivals have been played in a good spirit and they have been highly competitive. Congratulations to everyone who has taken part.”
Burton and Stratford have already booked their place in the semi-finals after winning through from the first set of quarter-finals, which were played before Tigers’ Guinness Premiership game with Harlequins.
The semi-finals will be played at Welford Road before Tigers play Worcester Warriors in the Guinness Premiership on Saturday, February 21.
