Ellis Genge, Freddie Steward and Ben Youngs are in line to appear for England in their opening Autumn international against Tonga at Twickenham.
The Leicester Tigers trio have been retained by England head coach Eddie Jones for Saturday's Test match.
Nic Dolly and George Martin, who are part of the wider squad for the Autumn internationals, have not been included in the squad.
