Leicester Tigers fans are invited to join the club for two Open Supporters Forums at Welford Road in the 2018/19 season, with the first one scheduled for Tuesday, September 4.
Tigers chief executive Simon Cohen and head of rugby operations Ged Glynn will lead a discussion on the topics of recruitment and building the squad ahead of the new campaign.
The event will offer fans the chance to find out more about the player recruitment process at the club, reflect on the pre-season fixtures as well as the opportunity ask the panel questions.
The event is free, and open to all supporters. It will be held in the Clubhouse Suite in the Robin Hood Stand at the Aylestone Road end of the ground.
Doors open from 6.30pm with the forum to begin at 7.00pm. Parking will be available in the Crumbie Car Park and the bar will be open for refreshments.
