This weekend's Summer Showdown is officially a SELL OUT with 25,849 tickets sold at Mattioli Woods Welford Road for the 212th meeting between Leicester Tigers and Harlequins.
In what is expected to be a full day of fun, supporters can look forward to music from several bands, a double-decker bar bus with Pimms and Prosecco and the King's Coronation live on the Big Screen in the Plaza from 11AM. There will also be a variety of inflatables, food stalls and, as ever, our Junior Tigers Club.
More than 10,000 general sale tickets have been sold, with over 1,300 hospitality places filled as well as 12,000 Season Ticket Holders and Half-Season Ticket Holders are expected to fill the stands for the final round of the Gallagher Premiership.
When asked about the prospect of second sell-out of the season, Leicester Tigers Ticket Office & Group Sales Manager Dom McGeever said: "For the second time this season, I'm proud to announce a sell-out! t's a fantastic way to conclude the season here at Mattioli Woods Welford Road. Once again, we can rely on our fantastic support from the Tigers Family and give the lads the best possible send off for the play-offs".
Buybacks are still in operation for Season Ticket Holders (with a deadline of Friday, May 5 at 4PM) meaning more seats may become available later this week. Please keep an eye online for availability.
