Five Leicester Tigers players started in the second round of the 2025 Pacific Four series.

The cross-continental tournament crossed the halfway point as the two North American teams faced their Oceanic counterparts.

In the weekend's opening contest, Canada held New Zealand to a thrilling draw in Christchurch.

Claire Gallagher started at fly half for visitors and pulled the strings throughout an 80 minute performance that saw the hosting Black Ferns pull level in the final few minutes to draw 27 - 27.

In the second game of the weekend, four Tigers were involved as Australia defeated the USA in a seesaw fixture in Canberra.

Both teams traded the lead before the Wallaroos eventually ran out 27 - 14 winners.

Keia Mae Sagapolu Sanele, Tahlia Brody, Emily Henrich and Tess Feury all started the match for the Eagles, who now get set to battle the Black Ferns in this Saturday's curtain closer at North Harbour Stadium in Auckland.

Meanwhile, the reigning PAC 4 champions Canada will take on Australia in their final match of the series in Brisbane this Friday.
