Stadium entry
Turnstiles open at 2.00pm ahead of the 3.00pm kick-off at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.

Allow sufficient time to travel to the game and check your ticket to locate the correct turnstile before trying to gain entry to the stadium. This match will only allow turnstile entry through gates 1 - 4. Have your season ticket card, match ticket, print-at-home ticket or ticket on your smartphone ready to allow the easiest possible access to the stadium. There will be a Ticket pod available on matchday for any questions or additional ticket purchases.

The club encourages supporters not to bring bags into the stadium in order to help minimise delays and contact due to searches at the turnstiles.

Follow signage and instructions from stewards in the areas closest to the teams in the Breedon Stand and help us to safeguard the welfare of players, officials and supporters by reducing congestion in the tunnel area before and after the game.

Ahead of kick-off
The area within the Final Whistle bar is the perfect place to start your matchday with offerings for fans of all ages.

Young supporters can visit the Final Whistle for activities including the Tigers Kicking Challenge, test your reactions on our Batak Board, win a prize on Welford’s Wheel and you can Guess the Score and win a signed shirt!

Club Partner Aston Martin will be present on the plaza before kick-off, where you can take a look at their Lightning Silver DBS Coupe!

The Club Shop in the Yodel Stand will open from 1PM till 5PM.

Season ticket holders receive a discount on shop purchases. Supporters can use any Credit on their Tigers account to spend on shop purchases.
Parking

The Crumbie car park will be open to spectators but limited spaces are available. These will allocated on a first-come first-served basis and it will cost £6.
Other car parks nearby include the NCP at Bannatyne Health Club and the Odeon Luxe Cinema near Aylestone Road.

Making payments
The stadium runs cashless payments only, including shops, bars, kiosks and programme booths.

Bars and kiosks
The Final Whistle bar and all other kiosks and bars in the Yodel Stand are open from 2.00pm.

Stadium bars use recycled and recyclable plastic cups. There is no deposit paid or collected for cups, hopefully speeding service at the tills.
To help keep a clean stadium and increase our recycling, caterers Levy have generously agreed to give the Leicester Tigers Foundation a 10p donation for every used plastic cup placed in the MIXED RECYCLING bins around the stadium. This will raise a significant amount more than the previous arrangement as the Foundation will receive 10p for EVERY CUP YOU USE AND RECYCLE.

Half-Time
Look out for The Ultimate Big Boot, sponsored by De Montfort University, which provides groups of supporters with a test of skill and nerve on the pitch.
Voting to find the Fans’ Favourite opens on The Tigers App at half-time with the winner announced at the end of the game on the big screen and app.

Post-match
Supporters must keep off the pitch at all times.

The Final Whistle bar in the North Stand remain open at the end of the game. There we will be continuing our clubhouse-style post-match, including all the players from both sides coming together to eat and chat. We will be running a post-match Q&A with some of the Tigers players and coaching staff as well as rugby’s oldest tradition, a pint-race between the forward and back of the match for both sides.
