The countdown to the new Gallagher Premiership season continued today with official team photographs at Welford Road.

The Tigers first team squad, development squad and coaches were in attendance for the pre-season shoot.

The players and coaches posed for head and shoulders photos in the 2018/19 home kit with Tiger Images club photographer Malcolm Couzens.

They then took their places for team photographs in front of the Holland & Barrett, Mattioli Woods, Nottingham Building Society and Breedon stands at Welford Road.

Preparations for the new season continue this Friday when Tigers travel to Treviso to take on Benetton Rugby. Team news is expected on Thursday lunch time.

Welford Road hosts its only action of pre-season when London Irish are the visitors on Friday, August 24. Match tickets are now on general sale.
