It’s matchday! To make sure you are able to share the occasion at the stadium, ticket holders are required to complete an online health questionnaire before 1.00pm today.
The online declaration form has been distributed by email from the Leicester Tigers ticket office to ticket purchasers and lead bookers for all groups with a link to the online health check.
Check your In Box and also any Junk Mail folder. If you are part of a group, the email has been sent to the Lead Booker only and they answer for everyone in the group.
Make sure you have answered any time before 1.00pm.
If you booked as an individual, click on the link and complete your check.
If you are part of a group of 2 or more then the lead booker ONLY must answer all of the questions on behalf of everyone in your party.
