Saracens team to host Tigers

Kris Chesney will make his final appearance at Vicarage Road for Saracens on Sunday when Leicester Tigers are the visitors.

The Sarries lock will make his 338th club appearance in the Guinness Premiership clash in his final run-out in Watford before his move to Toulon.

The 35-year-old, who made his debut for Sarries in 1995, said: "It will be an emotional day. I'm looking forward to the game but the day is not about me, it's about putting in a good team performance and trying to beat Leicester."

Back row Ben Skirving has been suffering from a virus, while Steve Borthwick and Cencus Johnston both have knocks. Hugh Vyvyan, Justin Melck and Tom Mercey replace them in the side.

Francisco Leonelli gets the nod to start at outside centre while Justin Marshall returns to the 22 after sitting out against Newcastle Falcons last weekend. Glen Jackson captains the side.

Head coach Richard Graham said: "Chesney has been a fantastic servant to the club but the greatest compliment we can pay him and the other players who will play their final home game on Sunday is with our performance against Leicester.

“They are having a strong finish to the campaign and Richard Cockerill has done a fantastic job this season.

“We need to show the same kind of form that has earned us impressive results against Bath, Wasps and Newcastle where our fitness has also played a huge part. Our strength and conditioning team have done a fantastic job this season to help produce a side that is the fittest in the Guinness Premiership and that gives us an added advantage going in the final few games of the season."
