Leicester Tigers forward Sean Jansen will leave the club at the conclusion of the 2022/23 season to join Connacht Rugby.
Jansen has made 14 appearances for the club and scored five tries since his senior debut in March 2022.
The back-rower joined Leicester Tigers from Otago Rugby Football Union in New Zealand.
Speaking about Jansen, Leicester Tigers Interim Head Coach Richard Wigglesworth said: "Since coming to Leicester Tigers, having played no professional rugby, Sean has developed and grown as a player really well."
"He’s a great competitor and I enjoyed playing alongside Sean and have enjoyed the experience of coaching him now.
"There is still plenty of time left as a Leicester Tigers player for Sean and, as he has since he arrived, we know he will continue to work hard every day for the team."
