World Cup finalists George Chuter, Ben Kay and Lewis Moody are included and there is a recall for second row Louis Deacon.
England Saxons, who kick off their season against Ireland A at Welford Road on Friday, February 1, also include five Tigers players, led by centre Dan Hipkiss who won five caps at last year’s World Cup.
Richard Blaze and Jordan Crane are included in the Saxons forwards. Ollie Smith and Tom Varndell, who have both been capped at senior level, are named among the backs.
Former Tigers prop Graham Rowntree will be on the Saxons coaching staff this season alongside Steve Bates and Simon Hardy.
