Youngsters aged between two and five years old can get involved with a new Tiger Tots programme designed to help with fundamental movements. 

Mums, dads and families can all take part in Tiger Tots, which kicks on Tuesday, March 3 and will continue each week. 

Two to three year olds sessions will take place from 10.00am - 11.00am, with the four to five year olds session taking place after from 11.00am - 12.00pm. 

Session cost just £4 or £35 for a block of ten and are filled with games and activities to get those young tigers moving.

The sessions are a part of the new Tiger Sports programme which covers a range of multi-sport activities for pupils at school all the way up to college.
