Leicester Tigers trio Valentino Mapapalangi (Tonga), Matt Toomua and Tatafu Polota-Nau (Australia) will feature on the international stage this weekend.
Mapapalangi will take on the French Barbarians this Saturday (November 10) after being included among the 'Ikale Tahi replacements for the exhibition fixture in Bordeaux.
Meanwhile, Toomua and Polota-Nau have both been included among the replacements for Australia's opening game in the 2018 European tour this Saturday against Wales in Cardiff.
Toomua will play his 40th Test for the Wallabies, if used from the bench, while Polota-Nau is in line for his 87th international appearance if he comes off the bench in his first Test since Australia's loss to Argentina on the Gold Coast in September.
Australia takes on Wales on Saturday, November 10, kicking off at 5:20pm local time in the opening match of the northern hemisphere tour before playing Italy on November 17 and finishing up against England at Twickenham on November 24.
