The tournament takes place on Saturday at Newbury RFC and will see 16 under-19s teams taking part.
Jim McKay, assistant Academy manager, said: “It will be good experience for them to play sevens against national academy teams.
“We are looking forward to it and it should be a good test.”
Tigers warmed up for the tournament at the North Walsham Sevens last weekend where they were knocked out in the semi-finals by eventual winners Bedford.
McKay said: “Bedford had a good side and were the better team on the day.
“There were plenty of positives for the tournament. A lot of our players had never played sevens and were playing against men, so that was good experience for them.”
