It’s not just the Leicester Tigers senior squad taking on their Midland’s rivals this weekend, as the Tigers' HITZ group recently took part in a regional dodgeball tournament.
Designed to help 16-24 year olds not in education, Employment or Training, the HITZ programme helps young people to tackle challenges that can lead them astray.
More than 20 youngsters represented Tigers in two teams as they played against HITZ groups from Northampton Saints and Wasps at Boost Trampoline Park in Northampton.
Delivered nationally by Premiership Rugby, the course provides the building blocks for people to help them take control of their future as well as the opportunity to gain relevant sporting qualifications, alongside employability and money management skills.
The group took some time out from their programme to enjoy a day out and experience dodgeball like never before.
