Gavin Walker, of Leicester Tigers, will captain the GB Wheelchair Rugby team at the Quad Nations in Cardiff and October’s World Championships in Denmark.
The squad features 10 of the 12 athletes who won gold at last summer’s Paralympic Games in Tokyo.
Walker is joined by Tigers clubmates Nick Cummins, Kieran Flynn, Jack Smith and Jamie Stead.
Team GB face France, Canada and Germany in the Quad Nations in a key warm-up stages for the Worlds.
The Quad Nations is staged over three days of competition (September 16-18) at the Sport Wales National Centre in Cardiff.
