Tigers Women's squad to take on British Police

Leicester Tigers take a break from Women’s Championship league duties to face a British Police XV this Wednesday evening.

The Tigers team, who are unbeaten in a debut season in the Women’s Championship North, take part in a rugby double at Leicester Forest RFC, with an opening game between Lichfield and the Police at 6.15pm and then the Tigers fixture with their Police counterparts at 8.15pm.

A number of the squad who played in a league win over Harrogate on Saturday are involved in midweek, including full-back Molly Draycott, scrum-half Amy Relf and back-rower Zoe Warrington.

Louisa Burgham returns to the line-up and Morgan Richardson reverts to the back row after starting the opening weeks of the season at scrum-half.

Tigers have a blank weekend in the league programme and return to Championship North action with the trip to Kenilworth on Saturday, December 3.
