Leicester Tigers have produced a COVID-19 ticket plan to cover every scenario in the remainder of the 2019/20 season and we want to know what you would do if games are played behind closed doors, moved to other venues or are subject to cancellation.
At this point, there has been no decision on how the rest of the season will look, but the club feels it is only fair to everyone to have plans in place to cover any eventuality.
Premiership Rugby have proposed to restart the season on the weekend of August 15, while games in the European competitions, including the Challenge Cup quarter-final at home to Castres originally scheduled in April, remain suspended.
If home fixtures are affected, supporters with Tigers season tickets or match tickets will have an option to:
- Donate
- Credit
- Refund
If you choose to DONATE, your investment will remain with the club and be used to support the rugby programme under Geordan Murphy and new head coach Steve Borthwick, and in resourcing the successful academy set-up.
If you choose CREDIT, your investment will be left on your Tigers account to use against future purchases of tickets, hospitality or events and in the new-look Club Shop.
If you choose to REFUND, the club will return the outstanding balance to your account.
These options also apply to any seasonal or matchday car-parking purchased in advance through the club and to tickets for the club’s matchday bus services.
This process covers outstanding home fixtures against Bath Rugby, London Irish, Sale Sharks, Northampton Saints and Harlequins in the Gallagher Premiership and the European fixture against Castres Olympique.
Seasonal products will be credited with a pro-rata figure (5/16th or 31 per cent) in respect of the remaining games, with match products credited on the purchase cost.

If fixtures are re-arranged and supporters admitted, all existing tickets will, of course, remain valid.
