Leicester Tigers enjoyed an undefeated weekend of actioin in the second round of the 2025 Fours Premiership, held at Stoke Mandeville Stadium in Aylesbury.
After getting their Fours Premiership campaign underway two weeks ago, the team sat in second place in the Fours League Table.
Week One saw a sole defeat at the hands of West Coast Crash, the league's reigning champions, but the team fought back to record wins over each of the four opponents.
With a scorching weekend to contend with, Saturday saw tight, single digit victories over London WCR and Cheltenham Tigers before Sunday saw a strong 11 point victory over North East Bulls backed up by a thrilling two point victory over the reigning champions and league leaders.
As such, the league title is very much in the balance going into the final weekend on July 26/27.
After Sunday's triumph, Bruno Carrico, marking his second tournament appearance for Tigers after his debut in the opening round, said: "It was a fantastic weekend.
