Leicester Tigers club mascot Welford visited staff at The Nottingham Building Society’s head office in Nottingham to take part in a staff engagement day.

The Nottingham, a Tigers partner and sponsors of the Robin Hood Stand at Welford Road, is an award-winning regional building society and estate agency with branches across the UK. 

The company hosted a staff engagement day in partnership with the Tigers to reward staff as well as helping to drive the company forward. 

Welford led the fun, taking part in Fordy’s Kicking Challenge where staff got the chance to test their rugby skills, as well as try their luck on Welford’s Wheel to win some great Tigers prizes. 

Staff at The Nottingham also organised a special ‘125’ cake for Tigers celebrating their 125th season of rugby at Welford Road. 

The Nottingham’s chief executive David Marlow was on hand for the official cake cutting with Welford and was joined by financial director Daniel Mundy and chief operating officer Simon Taylor.
