What’s new at Welford Road this season?

We’ve got plenty going on at Welford Road this Saturday when Tigers take on Newcastle Falcons in the first home game of the Gallagher Premiership season.

Food and drink

We’re introducing dedicated food areas in the Junior Tigers Club VIP area to keep youngsters energy levels up. There’s mini hot dogs, fruit, a mini sweet store and refreshments available.

The Final Whistle Bar in the Holland & Barrett Stand now has a fast pour system, whilst in the south east corner of the stadium – in between the Mattioli Woods Stand and The Breedon Stand – we’ve introduced The Line Out Bar and a new SwipeStation click and collect bar and unit to help speed up food and drinks orders.

Don’t forget you can beat the queues by using the SwipeStation app and order your refreshments before you even arrive at the stadium.

Simply place your order and print your receipt from one of our SwipeStation units when your arrive, before heading to a nearby fast lane to collect.

Bars around the stadium also now stock gluten free Peroni 330ml bottles.

New 1880 Club ambassador

The club welcomes back former Tigers, England and British Lion Tom Croft as our 1880 Club ambassador delivering the best in hospitality for fans at Welford Road.

Croft, who announced his retirement from the game last season after making 173 appearances, will be welcoming fans as well as introducing guest speakers from the sporting world, as well as hosting Q&A sessions with Tigers players throughout the season.

Welcoming new club partners

A big welcome to Leicester Tigers newest club partners who will be enjoying their first home Gallagher Premiership matchday at Welford Road.

Fans can now order Westons Cider Stowford Press and Burleighs Leicester Tigers Gin at bars around the stadium.
