Leicester Tigers Wheelchair Rugby completed a historic quadruple with a clean sweep of victories in the final weekend of the Fours Premiership.

After winning the WR5 Premiership earlier this month, the 2024 European Championships, and the inaugural RMA National Championships last month, Tigers secured the remarkable feat with four successive wins at the weekend.

Saturday began with a hard-fought opening victory over London Wheelchair Rugby Club before Tigers then excelled in a 25-point win over Cheltenham Tigers.

Sunday started with an impressive triumph over North East Bulls, a match which saw Jack Coulson receive his 100th cap for Leicester Tigers.

Coulson reflected on the achievement afterward, stating: “It was a special moment to finally reach 100 caps.

"With each game, my love for the sport grows and I’m grateful for all the support and the sponsors for allowing me to reach this milestone.”

These three wins set up the blockbuster finale against top of the table, reigning champions West Coast Crash, with Tigers snatching a four-point victory in dramatic fashion to claim the Fours Premiership title and complete the quadruple.

Several Tigers received individual honours for their performances, with three winning their respective Best in Class awards, including Bruno Carrico (0.5), Gavin Walker (2.0), and Lewis Evans (2.5) all taking home their respective gongs.

There was also the coveted MVP, awarded to Sébastien Verdin, the French international spearheading Tigers’ triumphant Fours campaign.
