The Leicester Tigers duo are the only non-English players in action on the second weekend of the November period with Nephi Leatigaga (Samoa), Kini Murimurivalu (Fiji) and Tommy Reffell (Wales) are not included after featuring in week one.
Montoya's Argentina, who defeated England at Twickenham last weekend, face Wales in Cardiff while Wiese and the Springboks come up against the French.
