After two years of disrupted holiday plans, now is the time to get ready for summer and, while we cannot guarantee a washboard stomach, our weekly Fit Fans session can provide a kickstart.
Based at Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium, in better weather we can also use the outdoor gym equipment in Nelson Mandela Park to add variety to work-out sessions and inspire you to use equipment closer to home to get holiday ready.
A new block of Fit Fans sessions starts next Monday (April 4), running 6.00-7.00pm and sign-up for 12 weeks costs only £40.
