The Premiership Rugby Cup season gets underway at Mattioli Woods Welford Road this weekend, doubling as the first official runout for Dan McKellar's squad of the 23/24 campaign.
In addition to the twenty-three who will take on Caldy RFC on Saturday afternoon, seven Tigers are in action in the opening round of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
Add to that the almost dozen youngsters on loan and it means 41 Leicester players in total will play this weekend in either England or France.
For Loughborough Students RFC in their National League 2 game against Hinckley, Seb Smith, Ollie Allen and Morgan Meredith have been named and, elsewhere, for Chinnor, Finn Theobold-Thomas and Joe Browning will feature on Friday evening.
More locally, Simon Koroiyadi, Charlie Myall and Malelili Satala have been selected to play for Leicester Lions.
