The launch of a new Tigers website has introduced a number of new features and we are delighted to reveal that the ticket-forwarding platform for fans to share season tickets simply and quickly – known as The Hub – is now in operation.
Ideal for season ticket holders who may not be able to attend a fixture, The Hub’s online platform is an easy way to forward your season ticket to friends, family or colleagues.
Fully responsive for use on any device, desktop or mobile, fans are able to log in using their Tigers Reference Number and password before selecting the matches for which they would like to transfer their tickets.
Once logged into The Hub, fans simply select their ticket and enter the name and email address of the person they’d like to receive it. Both parties will then receive an email confirming the exchange and the recipient will be sent a print-at-home ticket to use at the game. It’s as simple as that!
Tickets can be ‘called-back’ if necessary and when used on a mobile device, your phone can double as the ticket by displaying your unique QR code for the next match only.
What’s more, The Hub keeps a history for users so you can keep track of who you have shared your ticket with.
