Staying fit and healthy – mentally and physically – can be tough in a world changed by the Coronavirus outbreak, but FitFans is here to provide exercise and nutrition advice for the Leicester Tigers community.
FitFans is a Tigers initiative designed to get supporters of all ages active, with the sessions previously based at Welford Road stadium now available to you online wherever you are.
There are new sessions posted on the Tigers website every week, so take a look and join us!
Stadium sessions are organised in 10-week blocks so this is a great programme to follow to see incremental benefits in fitness and lifestyle. And although we cannot come together at the home of the Tigers currently, the online sessions allow you to still pursue your fitness goals.
