This week’s Fit Fans session provides a complete bodyweight circuit for you to do at home.

As our Leicester Tigers Foundation Race Around the World was won by the team from KL Tigers last week, we’ve called this on Celebr-eight in appreciation of their efforts.

There are three different levels for you to challenge yourself and all 8 exercises will feature 8 reps, with Level 3 comprising 8 sets of each exercise.
