Today we reach the final session in our 10-week block of Fit Fans exercise and advice.
Previously, we have talked about a concept called German Volume Training (GVT) and, without going too deep into the science, this is a method of gaining strength and size by performing 10 sets of 10 reps for a number of exercises.
So this week, rather than setting three levels, we have chosen three exercises for you to perform as a circuit featuring 10 sets of 10 reps.
