Ospreys coach Lyn Jones will send out a team including 14 senior internationals to face Leicester Tigers in the final of the EDF Energy Cup at Twickenham on Sunday.
Jones named his side on Friday and said: "Leicester and Munster have been the leading lights of European rugby since its inception and to face these sides in consecutive weekends is a formidable ask for our squad.
"Last season's fixtures against Leicester taught us what it takes to be successful at this level. They have turned their season around since beating Munster away and they are now playing with the confidence of old.
"We are looking to set the record straight by wining this competition after losing two tight games against Leicester last season. It should make for a great contest for the supporters.
"We will be going all out to reward the fans with a win and although Leicester may feel that they will get an edge from the Twickenham factor I am sure a vocal Ospreys support will eliminate any advantage on Sunday."
Prop Duncan Jones captains a side which includes British Lions tourists Shane Williams, Brent Cockbain and Ryan Jones plus All Blacks Justin Marshall and Filo Tiatia. Centre Andrew Bishop is the only member of an experienced XV yet to play senior international rugby, though he has collected caps at U-21 level with Wales.
Among the players unavailable due to injury are centre Gavin Henson and lock Ian Evans.
